Since we typically ship out our items within 24 hours, the sooner you contact us about the error the better in order to avoid the package being sent out to an incorrect address or with an incorrect item.

Please contact us via email as soon as possible with your order number and information on the incorrect item. Depending on the situation we will ship out the correct item right away and provide you with a return shipping label to return the incorrect item free of charge.

Once your order ships out, you will receive an email with your tracking information. 

You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. If your package has shipped out the tracking information will be available there.

Please be aware that customs fees vary per country and are out of our control. We are not responsible for any additional fees incurred on Canadian and international orders.

Unfortunately, since we are a business and have business accounts with our shipping providers we are unable to mark packages as "gifts" in order to avoid customs fees.
